Mostly just a hand

Gave a 10+1 180 man a shot; didn't particularly care for it compared to SNGs; I prefer to play more tournaments/hour than play MTTs. Bubbled two more SNGs, and got mauled in another one with A8 on 865; reraised the dude's continuation bet and he turned out to be raising 65 UTG.

Mostly, though, it was this hand from the MTT I was happiest with tonight:

PokerStars Game #6662452461: Tournament #33867626, $10+$1 Hold'em No Limit - Level III (25/50) - 2006/10/17 - 00:11:03 (ET)
Table '33867626 19' 9-max Seat #1 is the button
Seat 1: scottyno (985 in chips)
Seat 2: Osyrus1000 (1240 in chips)
Seat 3: CoLlEcToRzZ (1750 in chips)
Seat 4: WolfOnTheFol (2360 in chips)
Seat 5: johnstaton (2710 in chips)
Seat 6: Juskimo (2005 in chips)
Seat 7: Quaxxx (1530 in chips)
Seat 9: ArounderC (1975 in chips)
Osyrus1000: posts small blind 25
CoLlEcToRzZ: posts big blind 50
*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to WolfOnTheFol [9s 8s]
WolfOnTheFol: calls 50

Eh...the table was quiet and I'm looking to get to monster hands.

johnstaton has timed out
johnstaton: folds
johnstaton is sitting out
Juskimo: folds
Quaxxx: folds
johnstaton has returned
ArounderC: raises 250 to 300
scottyno: folds
Osyrus1000: folds
CoLlEcToRzZ: folds

Enter thinking mode: 6 BBs to one limper is really high. He's tight enough that I think this is a legitimate hand, but I don't think it wants a call; it feels like TT or JJ to me. I see enough people running the limp-reraise with aces that I might be able to get away with it here...

WolfOnTheFol: raises 600 to 900
ArounderC said, "limp in with AA or KK did ya"

Oh man, it's like he's psychic.

ArounderC: folds
WolfOnTheFol collected 675 from pot

That was the first big hand I thought to the third level and applied it correctly, and I'm quite pleased with it.
